School
We currently work with Flintshire County Council providing a cleaning service in Flintshire.
We also provide cleaning services to the private education sector.
Medical
We have a long standing relationship with several medical practices in Cheshire West and Chester NHS and have been commended on cleaning standards when CQC inspections have been carried out.
Staff
All our staff are chosen particularly for the contract. You will have the same person cleaning your premises on each occasion.

Meet Our Team
Karen Rolfe Contract Manager
Karen has been with Spick and Span for fourteen years and has an excellent working relationship with both our clients and staff. Karen has a great eye for detail, a good ear to listen and can empathize both sides.
Adele Dean Cleaning Auditor /Supervisor
Adele has been with the company three years. It is Adele’s responsibility to carry out cleaning audits. We use QR code’s system to monitor your cleaning. Both Adele and Karen visit staff regularly to ensure they are not experiencing any issues and that cleaning standards are maintained.
Ian Benfold Haywood Health and Safety Officer and Partner
Ian is our health and Safety officer; he is the person in charge of the chemicals which we put into your premises to clean your building. Ian is responsible for ensuring all our staff are aware of the correct chemical to use in any area. Ensure our equipment is safe for our staff to use and encourage the staff to keep their cleaning cupboards tidy

Jennie Benfold Haywood Partner
Jennie and Ian are husband and wife. We started the company in 1984 with a view to providing the best cleaning service in Chester and the surrounding area. Four recessions and several Prime Ministers later we are still here doing just that, with drive and passion.
How We Work With You
From the first initial new enquiry from a potential client, we arrange to meet you in person. We firmly believe that a Face-to-Face contact is extremely important, this allows us to see the premises you require cleaning, size, and layout. From this meeting we will be able to understand your requirements and the place of work for our staff. This initial meeting leads to a lasting working relationship between you the client, and Spick and Span Cleaning.
We pride ourselves on excellent communication with both our clients and our staff. We are proud that over our 38 years of trading we still have many of these initial clients using our service.
The ethos of Spick and Span Cleaning is communication, all to easily lost in todays busy world but an important quality to have. Our management are always available to discuss your cleaning requirements, advise how best to clean your premises as no two buildings have the same requirements.
Our staff are chosen with the same consideration, we want them to stay employed by Spick and Span Cleaning, therefore it is important that we put the right staff member in your premises, after all your place of work is just an extension of your home life and you want that to be safe.
Our staff are all interviewed in their home, so we understand them, and this makes for a more relaxed interview enabling us to choose the right person.
